Before Your Visit

• If you are feeling sick or have had exposure to anyone who is, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

• Please refrain from bringing others who are not patients with you to your visit unless it is essential.

During Your Visit

• We ask that all patients use hand sanitizer provided at the front desk upon entry.

• Please adhere to social distancing guidelines of 6 ft or more during your visit when possible.

Our Promise to Protect You

• Our staff follows an extensive cleaning protocol of frequently touched surfaces both before and after all appointments.

• The office waiting rooms are equipped with multiple air purifiers with CDC recommended HEPA filters.

• Appointments will be timed so there is a limited amount of patients in the waiting area, if any.
