- Eat Sustainably – Learn how your food is produced and purchase from producers whose practices are organic, humane and environmentally sound.
- Eat Seasonally – This will undoubtedly provide you with the most flavorful food but more importantly with a sense of appreciation and gratitude for the gifts that each season provides.[/li-row]
- Support Local Farmers Markets – This provides a source for wonderful fresh food and the opportunity to get to know the people who grow your food.
